"One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."

In-ground swimming pools cost about $67,000, while plunge pools cost around $20,000. You won’t have as much room to swim in, but the smaller size means you spend less on land excavation, materials, and hourly labor rates.

The depth of your pool depends on its intended use, the size of your lawn, and whether you opt for an in-ground or aboveground pool. Aboveground pools tend to be between four and six feet deep while in-ground pools range anywhere from three to eight feet. Permanent installations also have the option of shallow and deep ends.

Upkeep. Like standard pools, the cost to maintain and service your pool is a factor. However, the benefit of a spool is that it can warm up in as little as 15 minutes, while it may take several hours to heat a standard pool. This makes owning a spool more cost-effective and energy-conscious.

Installation typically takes 4-8 weeks, including site preparation and liner installation.

Generally, you do not need to drain your pool to convert it to a saltwater system. The main exception is if you have used an antibacterial agent containing polyhexamethylene biguanide to sanitize your pool, as these sanitation products do not mix well with saltwater systems. If this is the case, you will need to start fresh. You can either drain the pool or treat the existing water with a high dose of chlorine to remove the antibacterial agent. If you choose the chlorine treatment, wait several days to allow the chlorine to work before proceeding with the conversion.
