"The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was present when the team did the site preparation. I observed a lot of the work out of curiosity. They worked well as a team. Deliveries of the septic tank and materials for the drain field arrived on time and in coordination with the work being done. Several tactical decisions were made regarding the installation of the drain field to speed up the job in an effort to remain ahead of the weather. This gave them time to fill in the trenches, smooth the surface, plant seed that we requested, and cover the seed with straw before the rain came. Otherwise, we would have had a muddy mess. "Chris has done an excellent job for us; in fact, he is more of a perfectionist than I am. He insists that everything be done absolutely
correctly or he re-does it. For example, he took out several tiles in the shower stall because he didn't think they looked right and replaced them; he spent 30 minutes in Lowe's to find the exact color for the grout; and he returned several less-than-perfect cabinetry pieces to the dealer and negotiated an upgrade for us due to the imperfections.
He also cleaned out our gutters, fixed some annoying electrical glitches, and has even helped us with our dogs (he trains service dogs)! Chris calls in expert help, such as electricians and plumbers, when needed.
My husband and I highly recommend Chris Saunders. In fact, our original "contractor" taking off has been a big blessing in disguise.

"Keith examined the job the afternoon on Thursday and we discussed his proposed solution and answer my questions and concerns.  He said that he would get back to me that afternoon with an E-mail after consulting with his manager.  He did say that he could do the project in four hours the next afternoon.  I received a call early the next morning with a quoted cost which I accepted.  Indeed he and his crew arrived at 2:00pm the next day and completed the job in four hours.  It looks good and it's still standing.  Only time will tell.
I should say that another contractor quoted me 5,080 plus an estimated $400 for materials.
