"David was really good about walking us through the cost, keeping things realistic and within our budget, working with other contractors (we purchased our countertop through another vendor), and working with the HOA when we were not available. We do not live there full time, so he kept us apprised of progress and sent pics, etc. He worked with us as we picked flooring, back splash tiles, etc. During the project, a pretty major issue surfaced and David helped us work through it, providing reasonable cost alternatives and getting the work done quickly.
