They didn't get rid of the wasps. They showed up and there is nothing negative but it just didn't work. To a friend or relative, I would just say that it is not worth the money."

Additional cost to get the right one put back on.  Also, where gutters were removed on the side of the house, there were paint and nail holes that needed repair, again additional cost.  I had to get the shop vac up to the attic to clean up the debride after they finished.
