"I claimed one of the “2 Toilet Tune-Up” Angi’s special with 4 Service Pros (Snell). When I contacted Snell I talked with a very nice lady who scheduled me to get 2 plumbers to come out the next day from Noon - 4pm. I was told they would call 20 minutes to 30 minutes before hand to let me know they were coming. I waited from Noon to 4:05pm, never received a phone call, and so I called Snell to find out if my plumbers were still coming. I was told that there was an emergency situation in Chantilly, VA, that required my 2 plumbers to go to Chantilly instead of my place that morning. I understand emergencies do happen, but Snell knew that my plumbers were needed for that major Chantilly, VA, leak from the morning. They should have called me once they found out that my assigned plumbers would not be able to come out to my place within my scheduled time appointment. I should not have had to wait from noon to 4pm and then have to call them to find out that they were not coming. I rescheduled with them, and set another appointment for the next day The next day Brandon Thomas came out, and he was outstanding. He is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very good plumber. My problems turned out to be quite different than I originally had thought and he explained my options. I went with the option that he recommended and am very happy with the results. He also gave me discounts to help make-up for my inconvenience for having to re-schedule the appointment. I definitely recommend Snell (4 Service Pros) to all my friends and family."

"Perry Aire on a job "start-over" they initiated, demonstrated integrity, professionalism and great customer care. Brief background. On 6/21/18 I negatively reviewed the company. Perry Aire's management immediately called me, stated they knew they had dropped the ball and that they would make good. That is what happened. The motor and belt was replaced on a 45 year-old fan and their most qualified tech was able to make the fan much quieter."

"The work is still on going but I cannot say enough about Inspired Electrical. Starting with the incredible service from the company's call screener (if that is the right term), Rosie, she put me on the schedule right away. Thomas was the first to my house. He listened intently to my description of the problem and proceeded to test the generator components, all while having B&S Technical support on the line. He diagnosed the issue as the rotor/stator had gone bad (B&S no longer manufactures the item for this model of generator). He then gave me an unofficial quote for for a direct replacement of a more modern B&S generator (direct swap) with a ten (10) year warranty. We also discussed adding my AC to the system. Later I scheduled a formal estimate with Scot. A true gentleman who explained everything step by step, to include looking for ways to get the job done and quoted me a price less than I expected as well as describing for me a future service contract for annual testing and maintenance at an extremely reasonable price. I'm waiting for the order of a new generator to be placed and then to schedule for the work to be completed. I expect this to be just as satisfactory as this review, but Inspired Electrical is my go-to for future generator and electrical issues!"

"BEWARE!! JBI Services is managed by a bunch of frauds and incompetent people. They will sell you unneeded and useless devices and service contracts if you're not extremely careful. DO NOT USE!! They will do everything in their power to drum up additional business for themselves so they can charge additional fees for service calls to correct the things they break or mismanage. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! THERE IS NO SHORTAGE OF COMPETENT BUSINESSES DOING THIS WORK - NO NEED TO USE THEM. I used JBI Services for nearly 5 years only because the prior owners of my house hired them to install a generac generator. I have had zero positive experiences with them over that period. For most of that period, I didn't think much of it, that is, until they exposed themselves as frauds. First off, they would just show up whenever they wanted and enter my property without warning and without reporting what they did or did not do. Sometimes they would leave notes (not consistently), other times they would just assert that they had visited on a given date but never reported anything. Their notes were almost always written with a typewriter, so they were obviously done beforehand. The man I believe to be the owner is also incredibly ignorant and rude. Some of their service staff is OK but the management is really terrible. Regardless, what made me realize that they were frauds was when I found out that they installed not one but two expensive modules not only incorrectly but entirely erroneously! They (1) installed the modules incorrectly in that modules did not connect to the correct systems/devices they were intended to protect and then (2) the devices were erroneously installed because they were NOT actually needed. The devices they incorrectly set up connections to were (1) all manually controlled and (2) did not even rely on electricity as a main power source. My whole experience with them was terrible and they clearly took advantage of the old people who used to live in my house. Finally, they also tended to cause more problems then they would solve - which is never a good sign in a service provider. Following a few different contractual visits (over the course of 18 months or so) they would perform maintenance and then immediately after the red light would go on. This required them to come out on special, non-contracted house calls at an additional fee. They scammed thousands out of me (and even more from the prior owners of my house) -- I strongly caution you not to be another victim. When they were confronted with the facts about their low-quality work, they tried to blame the old people who lived here before. They also made other bold face lies directly to me - making assertions they couldn't possibly know anything about. They were also completely unprofessional when confronted with the reality of their low-quality work. DO NOT USE!! BEWARE!!!"

At the start the gas company was digging up our area to upgrade and repair gas lines. You alerted us to the possibility that work could reduce our pressure below the minimum required for our desired generator. That proved correct and the company installed an entirely new gas line avoiding what could have been a game changing problem. Your coordination with the gas company and their contractor successfully resolved a potential road block . The not so ideal location of our electrical transfer box, our unique architecture and location on the lot created considerations that required creative solutions. Your team did a splendid job of solving those issues and in the process were extremely conscientious and accommodating with our schedule. Theirs and your attention to detail, workmanship and communication with us made the necessary intrusive work smooth and easy. We were greatly impressed with your thorough planning, low-key management of all the contractors, inspectors and components of our successful generator installation. There were quite a few curves during this process and all were handled professionally. Just a few weeks after installation we experienced an outage. Our generator fired up and ran flawlessly relieving us of the anxiety that characterized many periods of threatening weather over the years. Thank you so very much for the outstanding job you and your associates did under the demanding and ever changing conditions required for our generator installation. "Steve from Cody Malone was phenomenal. Not only did he expertly install new lighting (heavy stuff, too!) but offer clever suggestions on how to add new wiring to install a new light over our kitchen stove, install new wiring and new light over our fireplace, add new wiring for a new outdoor light on our deck, and install new outdoor landscape lighting. Oh, he also repair/replaced our fluorescent lights in our basement that were intermittently going on and offer. I would hire Steve in a heartbeat for any electrical job. He really knows his stuff and his pricing was fair if not the best for the fantastic job that he did."
