Perry Aire on a job "start-over" they initiated, demonstrated integrity, professionalism and great customer care. Brief background. On 6/21/18 I negatively reviewed the company. Perry Aire's management immediately called me, stated they knew they had dropped the ball and that they would make good. That is what happened. The motor and belt was replaced on a 45 year-old fan and their most qualified tech was able to make the fan much quieter.

Fantastic. Showed up on time. Performed the work with zero problem. It was a tight fit and I was nervous if they could get it in. Job was completed in an hour and they cleaned up everything. Very professional and wouldn't hesitate once recommending or using again.

Repair completed, but took more time than necessary because of waiting for another technician for a teaching experience. Made appointment on Monday; called Tuesday to give more information and they could not find the appointment information; said I would get a call back, but had to call again to get the appointment scheduled. Repairmen were pleasant, but seemed more familiar with commercial/industrial work.

Awesome job! Meticulous workmanship, knowledgeable staff & a solid installation, producing a truly professional result. They repaired the unit, installed the "hide" system on the exterior of the house & even painted the containment structure to match my brick exterior so it's not noticeable to the eye when viewing the house. The company has also performed my annual furnace maintenance, general plumbing maintenance (stopping a running toilet) & repaired my broken garbage disposal. I'm always pleased with their work & I heartily recommend them to others.

Mary from Perry Aire was quick to respond and schedule an appointment for the estimate. She was friendly and easy to work with and got her team out there as soon as possible. She was also flexible. The team came to give and estimate and was very friendly and professional. They sent the estimates within two days which I really appreciated. Steve was quick to respond and answer all of my questions which I really appreciated. I ended up going with someone else for most of their work simply because of the cost issue.
I did however hire Perry Aire replace the electrical panel. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. They gave me a window between 8 and 10 and and said they would call when he was 20 min away. Jim did call to tell me he was running late and he arrived at about 10:40am. He completed the work in two hours and we were on our way.
Pros: Very responsive and easy to work with. Friendly people. Willing to answer your questions.
Cons: Their prices were significantly higher than others. The new panel was smaller than the old one so there is a gap that I need to fix now. I'm a little annoyed about that, especially since they were so highly reviewed and charged us over $1k for 2 hours of work. When giving the estimate, they told me a few fixes that didn't actually need to be done. I was relying on them to be the experts, but another contractor told me that that an item (weather proofing door that goes to HVAC) was not needed. I wish they would have told me this and given me the option. I lost some faith in them when I realized they just wanted the work and weren't honest with me. I also wish they would have shared more information on the products that they were using and the warranty. I had to ask about this and they said they would follow up. I hope they do - this is important to home owners.

Perry Aire recently installed a Mitsubishi ductless system in the basement of my house. I could not be happier with my decision to use Perry Aire. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish.
Perry Aire was not the least expensive estimate I obtained for the installation. I went with Perry Aire, despite the higher price, because of the comfort I felt with Frank, my sales and design consultant. He was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, consistent, and true to his word throughout our many communications. I spoke to several representatives from area companies, but I felt the most comfortable with Frank
My pleasant experience with Perry Aire did not stop once I signed the contract. Frank continued to see the project through all the way through the installation period and until my drywall was patched and painted. In addition, the installation staff did a great job by working late to finish the job on time. In contrast to so many other contractors I have worked with in the past, Perry Aire not only delivered on their promises, but went above and beyond in their service. Paying a little extra for the peace of mind and service that Perry Aire delivered was well worth every penny. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I selectively lost power to just my living room and in the overhead lights of dining room and kitchen. I tried checking the circuit breaker myself, but resetting the circuit didn't solve the problem. Less than an hour and a half later, two technicians for Perry Aire Services arrived (the previous electrician I called said they couldn't be here until 5 days later).
They were able to fix the problem in less than 30 minutes and only charged me for the service call. From the receptionist who answered my initial call, to the technicians who came by, to the woman who processed by payment, they were polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.

The tech showed up on time and the visit went normally without issues. The tech suggested a manual damper solution to control airflow to the basement along with a couple other options such as sealing the ducts. He could not give me pricing at the time and said the office would get back to me. It never did. I am extremely busy and it was the end of the Summer so I lost track of it and did not follow up (but really, why should I have to?).
I have had this company do repairs in the past and they did a fine job. I am just not sure I would use them again for anything outside of a discrete/defined repair job.

Upon reading this review, Perry Aire contacted me to resolve the issue and sent me an estimate which I am considering. I kept my overall rating as 'B' but raised several of the other categories due to their responsiveness when they became aware of the issue. I will consider using the company again and have had no problems with any work they have done in the past.

Perry Aire was contracted through our home owners insurance late Wednesday evening. Their front office called us early Thursday to schedule an appointment. They were able to send a technician the same day from 12-4. The tech Lee came at 12pm and gave me a thirty minutes heads-up, as requested. Lee was very polite and told me what the issue was and proceeded to fix the issue. Took him about an hour and he told me what to do for future maintenance. I was very satisfied with the work and will call them again for any future AC/HVAC work.

It was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. They are a good business and they're good all the way through. As far as I'm concern, they're straight "A" company, take individual needs above the room because they kind of argue and fought with the home warranty company to make them realize that you'll need to do some extra stuff. Basically, we have a heating inside of the house which was put in about 4 years ago by another company and it never functioned properly since day 1, so we went to the home warranty company and they recommended Perry Air Services. We used Perry Air Services and then found out later that they're in Angie's List. They are phenomenal. They went to back for us with the warranty company, replaced the furnace in the inside and about 6-7 months, a problem was created with the outside unit and home warranty company went back with the Perry Air company and had them helped us with that also. They are honest, give you the straight direct answers, and educate you so you can make a proper decision. They are fantastic. The warranty covered a small portion of the cost. Their integrity is impeccable, show up on time, courteous, kind, and actually say, "Well, what would you do in my situation? This is what I'd do". We had a contract with them to do the heating and air conditioning maintenance.

I think Steve Perry, the owner of Perry Aire, is friendly and professional. We needed a lot of work done on the house and his estimate seemed the most fair out of the several companies we discussed repairs with. We had duct work run upstairs to make it into livable space as well as run out to the sunroom (which was a former porch) and further into the living room to make it more comfortable. Several electrical outlets didn't work right or at all and his crew got them going again. An old fuse box upstairs was rerouted to the one downstairs so it could all be in one unit. At first, one of the workers said it couldn't be done, but Steve said it could and made sure it was done. The final cost was higher than the initial estimate, but that is mainly because we had a plumbing issue that came up along the way. I recommend Perry Aire!
