Everything was fine. The technician was professional and did work in a timely manner. I asked him if he could change the furnace filter while he was at our home. ( difficult for us to reach). He gladly complied with the request

Petro has always done an excellent job on servicing our home (oil heat) I have service contract for 24/7 service. They have come when needed and will dig into any problem / concern till resolution. If I didn't think they were a great company I would not be a customer for 16 years. That I think says it all.

Poorly. They did not provide the requested service (oil furnace tank refill) and gave no reason as to why until after the service was past due to have been completed and we were already without heat. We were left without heat in February and were forced to find alternate service providers in order to ensure adequate heating for our home.
