"It took longer than expected and I was charged more than the standard price, but he got it open and I got that piece of junk disposed of!   The provider was nice, persistent at the task and very professional.   He cleaned up all the metal shavings from the drilling.  He explained what the safe would no longer be able to withstand since it had been compromised by the drilled holes.   I appreciated being told that.  I would definitely call American Lock and Key again.
