"I made the unfortunate decision of hiring this company. When the foreman showed up and said he didn't have any plans with him that should have been my first sign. Hopefully this prevents someone from making the 11K mistake I did. CopperFox came back to my property multiple times without resolving the issue. The issue still persists and they actually damaged my property in the process, eventually they just stopped responding. They washed out concrete in my drains, forgot to install the drainage tile, installed the drains in the wrong spot and right next to my foundation, cut the direct TV line, and left the space a mess. If that all wasn't enough, the quality of the work looks really rough. The grate drain wouldn't even drain because they filled it with concrete as well. Even if I had to pay extra to go with a different company, I definitely would have done it."

They were hired to spray foam my crawl space!! That's what they left...They claim this crawl space has been mitigated for pipes freezing."

They were cognizant of the plumbing to the water well and the electrical on that side of the house. They were very careful during the excavation. The work took a good part of the day, and when it was completed, I couldn't have been happier with the overall results. I had brick pavers that I was able to incorporate into the landscape to frame out the upper layer of rock that was applied over the drainage rock and weeping tile/tubing. The testing of the pump functioned perfectly, and the electrical work was contracted through DT Electric LLC. Thank you again, Virginia Foundation Solutions and DT Electric in assisting me to resolve my water intrusion problem."
