Wealth of knowledge in all repairs. Showed up on time, was quick and efficient with a dose of good conversation too! We live on Beech Mountain. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
