But Russ was so great at keeping us completely in the know of everything that was going on and also helped out on some other projects while they were here (we kept adding small things like removing an old swamp cooler vent and new light fixtures). This man did things right, all five pieces of tile removed stayed intact, he was very astute about getting the old minerals off, was very through with the assembly of the faucet (trying to keep it low) and finally he assembled the rest of it so it could be done all at once. He seamlessly put up a pony wall where a wall had been taken down, repaired major gaps in the drywall due to ceiling and lighting remodeling, and added a beautiful backslash. He did this all while we were at work, as requested, and we'd come home to NO mess (which is huge with our busy schedule)!!
