They did such a great job that we had them work on a full remodel for our main bathroom. They changed the tub into a shower for us and did such an amazing job. We were told two weeks, but it turned into three. But Russ was so great at keeping us completely in the know of everything that was going on and also helped out on some other projects while they were here (we kept adding small things like removing an old swamp cooler vent and new light fixtures). My wifeâ s parents were so impressed that they also hired the company to work on their bathroom as well. "I hired Cransten to remodel my bathroom. It was getting old and in need of an update. They came in, replaced the floor, built a shower pan, and laid custom tile around my shower. I was impressed with how friendly and professional they were. I would definitely hire them again!"

"We hired Cransten back in May to touch up some failing grout in our master shower. The first guy they sent used what turned out to be the wrong grout, and just used gobs of it all over all the tile seams. After the first couple months the grout he'd applied was melting off the walls. Fortunately, Cransten was gracious enough and to schedule a warranty repair even though we were a bit outside the warranty window. The second guy they sent, Andrew Ormesher, did a FANTASTIC job. Andrew was on time and professional and took the time to scrape all the falling grout out, cleaned up every tile seam, and sealed it afterwards. Could not be happier with the end result!"

Tim was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He drew everything up and had a cost for us right away. We signed the order so we'll give another review when the work is done. "TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs."
