"Went on Angie to find help with our downstairs bathroom and found Russ. They replaced the toilet, vanity, floor, and light fixture. They did such a great job that we had them work on a full remodel for our main bathroom. They changed the tub into a shower for us and did such an amazing job. We were told two weeks, but it turned into three. But Russ was so great at keeping us completely in the know of everything that was going on and also helped out on some other projects while they were here (we kept adding small things like removing an old swamp cooler vent and new light fixtures). My wifeâ s parents were so impressed that they also hired the company to work on their bathroom as well. We definitely would recommend Compass Bath and Remodel and would use them again if and when we need more remodeling. Great crew of people all around."

"Ours was actually a powder room remodel, of sorts. We had a water leak that had caused us to need to replace the floor, including 3 joist under the house. There was also some work to damaged Sheetrock on the bottom of the wall all the way around the room and the toilet flange. Preston and Allen were out on day one and got the work under the house completed and by the time they left for the day they had the floor in. Allen was back on day 2 and completed all of the work: dry wall, base boards, toilet flange, installed new VCP flooring, etc. Both of these guys were very professional. They came in, communicated what needed to be communicated, got to work, kept their work areas clean and in good shape, were always available and open to questions and gave great advice. Very well satisfied with their work and will use Cransten again when the need arises."

The removal of part of y the kitchen wall was done with minimal inconvenience the installation of new cabinets and installation of new pendant lights as well as additional lighting in the kitchen made a huge difference. "When I arranged for the work [removing tub to install walk-in shower with all new subway tile walls and all new fixtures and grabbers, etc.} The first thing I became aware of was that LifeSpan's quote was literally about half of a previous quote I had sought out. John and Ryan, the installers, were magnificient to say the least. Being personable is always a plus. They seemed a bit skeptical of how low I wanted things installed....but once i stood in the shower, they did exactly what was needed....to say the least, I am not tall. The work took two days and later on another visit for a minor fix-up. I can't say enough about the masterpiece they created. The timing is perfect because I need to use all the little old lady options. From start [visiting showroom] to finish, it was perfect home improvement experience. As an apartment dweller, I cannot engage them on their other installations, but I would if I could. Office staff [Kalena, Russ, Matt, Jamie, etc.] were noteworthy as well. And as an unintended consequence, the flow of hot water in bathroom and kitchen much improved."

"I am incredibly impressed with 5 Star Kitchen and Bath. We had a leak in our shower, and were unable to simply repair the leak without ripping out a whole bunch of stuff. We decided to go ahead and update the bathroom and went with 5 Star. Kim was excellent in helping us design a bathroom that kept our current footprint. I am going to tell you it was quite expensive, (I'm still struggling with the cost of it, but it's part of life now I suppose) but you definitely get what you pay for. Ethan, Brady, Ron, Ben, and Austin did an excellent job. Communication in a job like this is key for a concerned homeowner, and these gentlemen always let me know what was happening and answered any questions I had. To be able to have one contact person and our new bathroom almost compete (waiting on custom shower glass!) in under two weeks has been amazing. I looked into doing the bathroom myself, but there was no way I had the contacts - or time - to go with a bunch of general contractors, plumbers, electrical, tile people, etc. Having one group complete the entire bathroom was so wonderful. I was comfortable having them in my home, and they cleaned up every day before they left. They even took care of my dog when she got a little clingy due to a thunderstorm. I would definitely recommend 5 Star to anyone."

"TLDR: Upfront on costs, options. Very high quality work. Friendly. Mike at Upfront is amazing. He understood the work I needed done which was to install a water softener and he asked questions about what I was trying to achieve which revealed some plumbing changes we needed to make to have soft water at all sinks throughout the house. He reviewed those options with me and wasn't pushy about the other work to allow me to make the decision on what I wanted to do. After performing the work we realized we didn't like the soft water at our fridge and he came back FOR FREE to switch back the plumbing for the fridge to the way it was before. He really went above and beyond to not only perform the work at a top level, but also offer options to achieve what we wanted from our water system. I will definitely be calling them for any plumbing needs."
