"YES HVAC scammed me out of $2,500. When I had my furnace & air conditioner replaced last year, YES failed to mention that Carrier (both my heater & AC were Carrier brands) was running a promotion that if you replaced both a furnace & an AC system with Carrier products, they would give you a cash rebate of $2,500. YES HVAC simply did not inform me of the company rebate program; instead, they just took the money from me without my knowledge. I eventually found out about the rebate later when I replaced the second full system in our house. Obviously I went with another more transparent/honest company the second go around. When I discussed the situation with YES management (even providing them with the written proof from Carrier Company of the rebate program), I still have heard nothing further from YES. My suggestion is to go with the competition rather than YES HVAC; it cost me a $2,500 rebate, what will they scam you out of?"

"I called Ryan because my 15 year old furnace was not functioning. The heat exchangers had pinholes and the secondary exchanger was completely rusted out and clogged. Ryan did his absolute best to come up with the best solution for the least amount of cost to me. In the end the resolution ended up being a new furnace unit. This gentleman is transparent and honest. He took the time to explain to me why I needed a new furnace. He had the opportunity to cobble my old one together and charge me for labor, but his integrity shined through and he let me know it's not safe, and he's not comfortable doing that. I also took the opportunity to have him install a 4" filter box to prevent future system issues due to the awful 1" filter location. I will 100% call Ryan again in the future. "The underground wiring to our HOA Street lights was shorted out and kept tripping the breaker. We had another electrician check the wiring and could never find the problem. Mitch and his electrician helper found the problem within an hour and proceeded to correct it. Due to the age of the system and failure of installers to follow the electrical code some direct burial cable was shorted out. At first it looked like they would need to dig a new trench, install conduit and new wiring to street light poles estimated extra cost of $1500 over the two afternoon charge to that point. As they were preparing to leave for the day Mitch said, "I want to re-check this one line again". He carefully rechecked it and by cutting one of the light poles was able to find the short and make the system work. This extra care saved our HOA the $1500 extra trenching, conduit and new wire charge! Everything now works and has successfully worked for two nights, proving the fix is secure! "I hired Burrows to replace my old water circulated radiant heat and my swamp cooler with duct/vent based heating/cooling. My old house presented some challenges but Richard and his installers figured everything out, even to the point of reworking several things to ensure the system worked to my satisfaction. They were incredibly patient with me as I asked questions throughout the process and they took the time to explain all the design tradeoffs. Richard and the installers were friendly and professional. Really nice people. The install was finished several weeks back and the heat is working perfectly. Waiting for warmer weather to test the central AC unit, but based on the heating performance, expectation is it will work perfectly. No more climbing up on the roof to service that swamp cooler. We were quoted a very fair price that was a bit lower than another company with no push to upsell anything and no hidden costs or surprises. Best of all, the install came in under the quoted price.
