While at the same time pulling and replacing the old duct work with new insulated duct and redesigned the system for better airflow.  The installers were on time, professional. Worked quickly, cleaned up their mess. I would used them again. My installation was expensive, but more do to what I had done and going with the higher end Train A/C unit.
