If something was confusing in an invoice, I called and John would fix it. I picked my slab out at Arizona tile and was able to schedule an installation date within 2-3 weeks. After having terrible experiences with countertop installations in the past, this was awesome. I could tell they take pride in their work. They were straightforward and gave me clear expectations. They had an issue getting the right brackets but they just took care of it and got the job done. I didn't feel like I was getting sold. Just honest hard work. My counters are so beautiful. I'm thrilled."
