He noticed imperfections in my subfloor and used a concrete leveler to fix low spots and a sander to hit the high spots before installing because he knows that can affect the way the floors wear over time. He even noticed a squeak in my floor and fixed that too. Floors are gorgeous! Thresholds look great! Alex arrived early each morning, worked hard everyday, gave me an update before he left everyday and tidied up. Seriously, a dream contractor!
