From taking several months on a quoted 2 week project, to destroying things around the property including power lines, water lines, brick walls, landscaping, driveways, walls, doors, camera equipment, etc., due to negligence, to charging nearly 50% more than their bid price, to not showing up to the job site for days at a time, to having employees sit around doing nothing for hours at a time when they do happen to show up, to lying directly to your face time and time again they failed by every single metric conceivable. Do not use this company if you value your time, money, sanity, or belongings."

We subsequently accepted an offer on the house and have sold it. We have requested our deposit back from Rose and they will not even respond, just totally ignoring all communication.
