From taking several months on a quoted 2 week project, to destroying things around the property including power lines, water lines, brick walls, landscaping, driveways, walls, doors, camera equipment, etc., due to negligence, to charging nearly 50% more than their bid price, to not showing up to the job site for days at a time, to having employees sit around doing nothing for hours at a time when they do happen to show up, to lying directly to your face time and time again they failed by every single metric conceivable. We subsequently accepted an offer on the house and have sold it. We have requested our deposit back from Rose and they will not even respond, just totally ignoring all communication. There could be several reasons why your carpet padding has adhered to the floor. Some of the most common reasons include:

  • There was intentional gluing or stapling to the surface.

  • The polyurethane and floor bonded over years of wear.
