Westshore takes everything to the studs, and we found some amazing (to me) things such as an original window that had been been covered up and had ivy vines (dead now) that had grown up and through them. The house was is brick, but has had siding put on. We were not even aware that there had been a window. The bathroom floor under the tub was not level. The plumbing was wonky including having the hot and cold switched. They had to level the floor after putting the new subfloor on several inches on one side so the shower floor would be level. Again, everything was done with the highest professionalism. They called us over to inspect many times, and made sure we were happy with how things were going. I would definitely use Westshore again if the need arises. The warranty is definitely a plus."
