"Mike was tremendous. Our Rheem water heater gave out and needed to be replaced. But Mike saw that the water heater was still under warranty by Rheem. Mike made a phone call on our behalf to Rheem, got us a replacement heater for free, then just charged us for installation and warranty."

"Michael requested a photo of the affected "plumbing." He was fully prepared with the needed materials when he arrived. Michael was on time and very communicative. The work was done quickly, neatly, and completely. Michael is a great source of information concerning household appliances, HVAC, plumbing and on. He could charge for consultation. Definitely recommend Michael for anything he will agree to do. (He doesn't change out furnaces, etc.)
