He is professional, personable, highly intelligent in figuring things out, and makes sure you are happy and satisfied with the job before he leaves. He tore my dryer apart and had it figured out within an hour for the drum to start spinning again. He also is great about guaranteeing the quality of work he has done. Example: After he fixed my dryer, I discovered it was not heating and only drying with cold air when doing a batch that evening. He came back the following day and found there was one resistor not plugged in tight. He had it fixed within a matter of minutes and did not charge me anything to come back out again and fix it. I highly recommend him, and I will hire him again in the future."
