"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly. "Matt arrived yesterday promptly at 9:00 am and gave me an estimate of $ 800.00 for repair.  Appointment was set for the next morning at 9:00 am.  Again, he arrived on time and began digging.  Part way down he encountered a tree stump I had forgotten about.  He checked with the office, taking a picture and consulting. The faucet is right next to the side walk.  It looked as though he had no way to access the pipes without either  digging down using an excavator, which would have to be rented or removing part of the sidewalk.  Weber water is often several feet underground so in order to access it a hole several feet deep would have to be made.  An excavator was unavailable, so I chose to have part of the sidewalk  removed.  The estimate rose to $ 1600.00 due to unknown factors, equipment rental and piping.  A jack hammer was rented and the work begun.  It was soon discovered that the Weber Water inlet was actually fairly shallow however five leaks were discovered that had been unforeseen.  The piping was replaced and new faucets installed.  The water was turned on for a good half hour with no new leaks.  The sidewalk chunks were removed from the property and grass sections replaced.  Though the deep hole had not been required, that had only been discovered by removing the section of sidewalk--an unavoidable necessity.  However, discovering and replacing piping that had not been known was done at no extra cost beyond the estimate.  While I would have liked to spend less on this work (who doesn't?) the quality is excellent.  Matt and Tim stayed to make sure everything was as it should be.  They even added a couple of connector rings to my older hoses.  I will have to hire a contractor to restore the sidewalk section, but considerable care was taken to make the cuts smooth (as much as is possible).  I'm glad to have this annoying problem fixed.  The $ 1600.00 price tag stings a little, but I am confident the leaks they fixed would have to be fixed sooner or later, and probably cutting the sidewalk would be necessary again, so from that standpoint, I feel all right.  Both men were courteous, professional and thorough.  I have used Beehive plumbing in the past and will most likely use them in the future.

They did a great job eight months after they did it I was informed by the city I had a water leak so I called Pro master and they came out and they dug the hole and inspected their work to make sure it wasnâ t anything that they did and it was not, they did not charge me to dig that hole to check that is amazing. Nobody else would have done that. I recommend this company to anybody and everybody five stars gentlemen."

"Needed a new toilet installed. Was scheduled by another Plumbing company. They never showed up. They had many excuses as to their rescheduling but pushed the project back again. I called Neighborly Plumbing and Travis was very professional and friendly. He had us by the new toilet and scheduled the plumber Mathew to install it. Mathew came on the scheduled time, installed the toilet in less than an hour and he was on his way. So professional and very nice. Canâ t wait for something else to replace so I can call them again."

"Eric came with equipment to unplug drain. He encountered a great deal of rust, so much so that the drill used to unplug the drain was ineffective due to total plugging by rust. He said he would return the next day with a jack hammer as he would have to remove cement covering the drain before he could repair it by putting in a new drain. He arrived the next morning with the jack hammer and also brought a helper, Caleb. Before he left the night before he advised me that two pipes were not made of legal materials because they were breaking in homes where this material had been installed, and laws now prevent its use. I gave him permission to remove and replace said pipes with legal materials. When he and Caleb arrived I pointed out that there was an egress from the bathroom ceiling that might expedite the work he had to do. I went up stairs and they began the repairs. They found that the drain near the ceiling was built in improper manner and that the top joint of the drain was leaking, and would have to be replaced. But the floor joist was in the way, and they would have to go in through the kitchen. This required taking the cabinet off the wall and cutting through the wall board in order to make the necessary repairs. This was done with my permission. The drain was replaced and the illegal pipes were also replaced. They also had to repair the cement around the drain in the floor. They had to remove two tiles in order remove the cement before fixing the drain. This drain was plumbed under the furnace. Nevertheless they were able to complete this work also. The cement work was completed, but of course had to dry. Plumbers do not repair dry wall and Superior has a contract with people who do.. They are to come this week and will do the repair and I am to call Eric when it is done and Eric will return to replace the cabinet and the tiles. This proved to be an extensive repair but they, Eric and Caleb did excellent work on those things that are completed. They also replaced the water softener that Martin had taken to the shop to replace the Resin"
