"I would like t have had the experts name, so I could call on him again. The only thing I didnt like was there was a brand new thermostat on the wall and he changed it and took it with him, we could have used it on another furnace, it was new. Five star home services did get us another one so everything is A OK."

When replacing the filter, always check that it’s pointed the right way to match the direction of your airflow. Many filters have arrows on them to help with this step.
