"JS Epoxy Flooring was super responsive from the very start and was very helpful with detailed information about the project. He was willing to be flexible with our unpredictable timetable. He was willing to special order the color we wanted and then did a fantastic job of installation. He was flexible with payment processing, taking our needs into account. We are very happy with the result and would recommend JS Epoxy Flooring to anyone."

"Paint project was completed as scheduled and at a reasonable price. The paint quality is outstanding, building surface prep was great, (no paint on the brick work or any other areas), and the paint application to surfaces was really well done. I would hire them again for another future project."

"We had a lanai built on an existing concrete pad. The new lanai was beautiful but the floor looked horrible. Garage Flooring Pros sent a very knowledgeable rep out who was able to show us what could be done to change the concrete floor. When the 2 men came out to install the epoxy floor, they took us through the process. As they did something different, they explained what they were doing. When they finished (about 3 hours), they explained what we should do and not do in the next 24 hours and then in the next 72 hours. They were very professional - when they left p, there wasnâ t a thing that needed to be cleaned up. Very nice guys, very friendly and very knowledgeable. Kudos to the company with their hiring. Also, the office personnel were always helpful and friendly!! Thanks to all of you. We are spreading the word in our community!!!"

"I absolutely love my garage floors. Weâ ve put a lot of work in our house to make it look nice and the garage always bothered me because now Matter how many times I cleaned it it still looked bad. Now with these new floors they it looks so much better and honestly I have to clean in there way less!"

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

To keep your stamped concrete surfaces shiny, experts recommend resealing them every two or three years. Regularly cleaning your stamped concrete (at least twice per year, as part of routine maintenance) is another way to increase its sheen. Also, if you notice any spills or leaks, you should clean your stamped concrete as soon as possible to preserve its shine and prevent long-term damage.

The concrete that likely already makes up your garage floor is the longest-lasting garage floor material, although you can treat it with a variety of coverings to improve its durability. Epoxy is one of the most popular options, as it’s relatively affordable, adds strength to the floor, helps prevent staining and physical damage, and even improves the resistance to water intrusion. Other popular options for durable floor coverings include rubber, an aspartic coating, and vinyl.

Yes, you can seal an old concrete floor as long as you remove stains and repair damage before sealing. Remove everything from the garage and clear the floor throughout with a concrete cleaner and power washing. Fill in cracks larger than 1/8 of an inch wide and remove all grease and rust stains before sealing. Make sure your concrete is fully dried before applying sealer.

Yes. So-called “floating” cork floors can be installed over concrete subfloor, though a polyethylene vapor barrier is required. This type of installation is achieved using the glue-down tiles, which are trickier for a DIY approach, so consider calling a professional to help you if you’re planning to install your cork floor over concrete.

Ensures durability and even application, enhancing both appearance and longevity.
