However, as the pump was being installed to get rid of water in our crawl space (5 foot tall space that expands the length of our 1400 sq ft home) to meet inspectors requirements during the sale of our home, I was quite upset the plumber merely installed the pump and made no attempt to drain the existing water that was left over, or tidy up the space following the install.
