"The process was quick and easy. The water softener went in with no modifications needed to the space it was going into. The tankless water heater is amazing ! Jerik, the installer made sure that first of all it was sized right for my home. Secondly he explained the difference between the old water heater and the tankless. the efficiency that I would see and how it would make a difference in my monthly gas bill.
