"I’m really happy with the rock wall RLP built for me. They did a great job, listened to what I wanted, and made it look just right. The wall feels solid and fits perfectly with the yard. I love how it adds a nice touch to the place. If you’re thinkin’ about getting a rock wall done, I’d definitely recommend these guys!"

"This a complex situation where the toilet was grouted to the floor of the bathroom and we didn't know what to do. We got on Angi's list and came and gave us an estimate and the plumber had to go to his shop to get a special tool to disconnect the toilet from the floor . All fixed the same day."

"They have great customer service. Rob came out and bid the job. Kept me informed about what the job intelled. Done the project on time and actually finished early. They came back the next day after the inspection and finished filling in the hole also done a great job on the clean up and land scape was great as well. I would reccomend this company. Rob and his crew were very professional and courteous. The bid was also very comparable to others as well. Thank you all for a great job well done. I will use them if needed again. Thanks!"

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

It is almost always necessary to hire a land surveyor near you to ensure your fence sits on the right side of the property line. Mistaking the shape of your property can lead to fines and costly changes if you have to move or adjust the privacy fence—not to mention some surly looks from your neighbor. We recommend jumpstarting your fence planning in the spring to ensure there is plenty of time to map out your plan before construction season.

Yes, they assess topography and potential risks related to flooding.

If you can’t find any records online, you’ll need to contact your county clerk’s office to do further research. They should have property records on file, or can at least point you in the right direction of who to contact. You can also speak with your neighbors about when their houses were built because they were likely built around the same time.

Before property transactions or major improvements to ensure accuracy.

You will find a collection of licensed land surveyors in your area. Your real estate agent or construction manager may also be able to recommend a trusted professional. When speaking with prospective pros in your area, ask the land surveyor if they are licensed in the state, have liability insurance, and can quote you a fee before starting.
