"This a complex situation where the toilet was grouted to the floor of the bathroom and we didn't know what to do. We got on Angi's list and came and gave us an estimate and the plumber had to go to his shop to get a special tool to disconnect the toilet from the floor . All fixed the same day."

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them.   • Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements. 

  • Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.
