And when we weren’t 100% satisfied with cleanup and the smoothness/flatness of the concrete subfloor Kyle got the sub back out to finish the job and cleaned up himself. Even though we had a bit of a problem locating lead blocking paint, Oscar kept his cool and remained friendly and positive the whole time. Oscar has great tools like a micro nail gun so that quarter round trim was put down with the tiniest of holes in the wood which did not need to be filled or sanded.
