All contractors were very helpful, professional, and did a good job. We had some requests that were out of the ordinary that they took care of very well. The project manager and his assistant were very helpful and kept in communication with us. They had suggestions that improved the functioning and quality of the job that we really appreciated. We had a kitchen built in the basement and bookcases added to an upstairs family room. We have been so pleased with the outcome and they are regularly put to good use. If I have any other construction needs I will surely contact them again.

They performed professional service and excellent quality of work by following an organized schedule and finished our home on time as estimated. They accommodated special requests and change orders during construction. We highly recommend Bright Homes!

Bright Homes was very easy to work with. They moved basement walls, and then added a bathroom, kitchenette, and family room. We had a great project manager that was very accessible and made sure that things were done right. If there were discrepancies with any of the sub-contractors...Bright Homes took care of it to make sure it was done right. I have had multiple people (some that were also contractors) that looked at our new basement and were very impressed with the high quality.
