"Luis and his men did an absolutely excellent job on a tough renovation project where we replaced 28 windows and 4 patio doors. UCC had to patch all the openings and then did a new smooth synthetic stucco finish in a new white color. Great workmanship and easy to work with. Highly recommend UCC! Jared Doxey JWD Construction LLC."

"The DaBella representative Donald Davidson came to my house and inspected my roof. He showed me actual photos of the damage and explained how the new roof is constructed and how it functions with the vent system. Which is really an amazing system. I will recommend this company as I find Donald Davidson and this company very professional and innovative."

"Jonas and the team at GGC Builders have completely transformed our home. They’ve replaced our siding, gutters, fencing, added concrete including an RV pad, and most recently built a beautiful front porch cover. Every project has been done with incredible craftsmanship and attention to detail. Their work is the kind that literally stops people in their tracks. We get constant compliments from neighbors on how amazing everything looks. Jonas takes tremendous pride in what he does and truly cares about the end result. Stucco questions, answered by experts

To maintain stucco, inspect it annually for cracks and clean the surface with a mild detergent. Seal any cracks promptly to prevent water infiltration, and reseal or repaint as needed to preserve its appearance.

Properly installed and maintained stucco can last 50 to 100 years, making it one of the longest-lasting siding materials available. This durable material is known for its durability, and as long as you clean and waterproof it regularly and promptly repair any damage, it’ll protect your home for decades to come.

Hiring a professional for stucco repair ensures accurate diagnosis and application of appropriate techniques to prevent further damage. They deliver seamless results that maintain aesthetic appeal and prolong the exterior’s life.

Stucco will dry in two to three days, but you should wait one to two months to allow it to cure fully before you paint it. The curing process is slow, but leaving the material exposed to air and natural moisture will help it reach its maximum strength. If you live in a hot, arid climate, wait a month before painting. Wait two months before painting if you live in a more moderate or wet climate.

One of the most significant downsides to stucco is the installation cost, which is higher than that of many other siding options because getting it to look clean and professional is a labor-intensive process. Stucco can also absorb water, making it an unsuitable option for siding in areas that see excessive rainfall. Finally, stucco can crack and chip, especially in extreme weather, and repairs are not only challenging and require help from a professional who does stucco, but can get expensive.
