Not only did they fix that, but they went around the house and patched up some other cracks and small holes essentially at-cost since they were already on the job. The job took a long time to complete since we called them in January, and we had to wait a couple months for a day warm enough to finish the job. The reason for 4/5 stars was that the communication in this long stretch was not the absolute best it could be. They could improve by calling the customer on a weekly or every 2 week basis to update them on the status."
