"We hired Comfort Home improvements to replace all siding, windows, soffit & facia, and two sliding patio doors on our home. This was a big project for us and we had installers on site for two weeks or more in total. They were all friendly and professional, willing to answer any questions, and asked our opinion, where needed, about how things might be finished. At the end of the project everything had been properly finished and carefully cleaned up. They demonstrated pride in their work and it shows in the finished product. Steven, the owner, was great to work with. He communicates very well and was quick to respond to any calls. In the process of replacing a large window in one of our rooms a piece of furniture, that could not be moved out of the way, was accidentally scratched. "Stucco Connection fixed a large hole in our stucco near the roof (birds made it in there). Not only did they fix that, but they went around the house and patched up some other cracks and small holes essentially at-cost since they were already on the job. The job took a long time to complete since we called them in January, and we had to wait a couple months for a day warm enough to finish the job. The reason for 4/5 stars was that the communication in this long stretch was not the absolute best it could be. They could improve by calling the customer on a weekly or every 2 week basis to update them on the status."
