"Anderson Express cleaned my home several times.  The first time they came, they cleaned my home from top to bottom and I was very, very pleased.  I think it took them four hours, and they charged somewhere in the range of $250 to $300.  For routine visits every other week, hey charged me $120 for two people working two hours.  I always gave a $10 tip to each worker.  The first two times the house was sparkly when I got home, and I was very happy.  The next three to four times, the quality seemed to go downhill.  Most of the work was done, but there were glaring omissions.  Example:  the last time, the hardwood floors under the couches were not swept at all,  and one could see all the dirt that was missed; a garbage can almost overflowing with garbage in a common area was not emptied; large cobwebs were left on a hanging light fixture over the stairway for a whole month; clean towels and washrags that I had washed and made available in the dryer were not put up in the bathroom; and mold and slime was left in the shower on the tile grout. When I initially found things undone, I gave Sandra a list the next time she came and asked her if she could please do the things on the list.  They were done for the most part, but she couldn't get to everything because she said she was in a hurry.  This last cleaning, though, seemed very substandard for the price they charge.  I was disappointed, especially about the mold in the shower and the dirt under the couches.  I think that the company has the potential to be very good, but in my limited experience with the company, the work doesn't seem consistent.

Sandra and her crew were always very pleasant, trustworthy, and were usually on time or within 30 minutes of their scheduled time to come.  There were no other problems to speak of, beside the ones mentioned above.  I would recommend them for a small, compact house or apartment but not a large house like mine that has a lot of details to keep clean.
