Integrity Appliance Repair, Heating, and Air Conditioning

What an absolutely horrible experience. Our Maytag Washing Machine which was 10 months old when the issues began and still under warranty needing repairing. Lowe?s serviced out this company, Each visit was told something else needed repaired/replaced. Have been out of a Washer for 6 weeks. Have spent almost a grand in other repairs, upgrades that were ?needed?. Had a FOURTH appointment booked today from 1pm-5pm arrival time to get a call at almost 3pm that he would in fact not be coming, returning said part needed for todays fix and would need to find another company. Whatever you do, save your money & sanity and find someone else. Now our warranty expires in 3 days and we are completely left with no choices then to Buy an entire new Washer that we cannot afford now do to the other money we have had to spend.

Responded as scheduled, kept me updated on ETA, and quickly diagnosed my gas oven, which was leaking gas. Because it was a connection problem, it required parts not typically stocked on his truck, which is perfectly understandable. Very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue and offered suggestions on how to correct the issue. We will use Integrity in the future.

If everyone would run and manage their business like Integrity Appliance and Repair, we would all be a much happier people. Old fashioned service that you can count on. When they say theyâ ll be there they will! Thatâ s Integrity! Great job Don!

Second time we have used Integrity Appliance. They are wonderful. So nice to be able to trust your service. We will always call them first if we need a repair.

My repairman was great. He couldn’t get it to show the problem I was having (of course), but he basically did a tune up and told me the items that were wearing out inside the dryer. There was no pressure to replace those parts. I chose to wait until those parts actually break (and not just worn). I would hire them again.
