"This company is fabulous!!! I do not have enough words to say how happy we are. I spent 2 years trying to find a landscape company to take on our job. I called at least 4 companies, they would come out to bid the job, some would show up for the appointment others we never heard from. Those who did show up said they would send over the quote. Since the house looks down on the yard (which is about half of the lot) it was not pretty. I found Paulino of Romero Landscaping. He showed up for our original appointment! We told him we wanted it to look like a park. We needed it grated,dirt,sprinklers and sod a lot of sod. It was a big job. We had the bid the next day. He was very fair on his price. This was the fall and he said he would start in the spring. We gave him a deposit and took a leap of faith that he was everything we thought because it did seem too good to be true after everything we had been through trying to find someone. He started before he said. He was here with his crew every single day to do all the prep for the sod. He answered his phone every single time we called with any requests. People call me “picky” I like to say particular. Every single time he would say “no problem and we will do exactly what you want” and he did! Paulino’s customer service is like it should be and his crew is amazing. They exceeded all our expectations! This was not an easy job. I cannot believe the before and after. Again I cannot say how happy we are and how beautiful it turned out."
