"Angel at JPA was fast with the estimation process and execution of the work with ceiling drywall repair and a cracked bathroom tile. Angel sent in photos of the finished product as I am a remote landlord. Communication was great with texting and calls during the project, however, when a problem occurred with his work a day after it was done and paid, I experienced problems in our communications as he wasn't responding to text until I sent an email days later to which Angel responded he had been busy and would try to find time to investigate. I reasonably gave him a couple weeks to respond and haven't heard back which gives me pause that he was probably not qualified or experienced to repair the bathroom tile as the same tile cracked by the next day. Given that, I wouldn't be surprised if the ceiling fell apart, too."
