"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Job started on date agreed upon, three days to complete; work, clean up, and follow through was great. Inspection of new roof was acceptable and balance was paid on 2/19/2008. Shortly after collection of payment balance, company called again requesting payment, they were told their agent had already picked it up. Agent promised warranty would be sent out within the next few days. Two weeks later, 3/13/08 I called as warranty was never sent out. Company did not return call yesterday and have not responded to my call as of 24 hours later. As warranty was a significant factor in choice of company to use, this is a significant concern at this time."

Their salesman was by far the most professional and respectful, he was very punctual with the times he told me he would be coming to my home. He answered all my questions thoroughly and even taught me some things I didn’t know, he also gave me some things to search up to have a better understanding about new roofs. My wife and I were expecting it would take a week or two before they would finish but there crew was in and out in a few days. Another worried I had was the clean up since I have my 3 year old daughter and 2 dogs running around but they had my house spotless couldn’t find any trash or nails anywhere in my yard. 10/10 would highly recommend Integrated Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof."
