"Work seems to be fine but left a mess when taking down old gutters. I called him back he came back and said he had cleaned up. My side door into my garage had mud on it until I was able (had back surgery last year) to go out in June 2018 and clean door. Garbage cans were covered with mud....all winter we did not have enough snow to clean off. Was there until again I could clean. I am not sure I would use him again."

"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. "Where to start. They respected an elder man's request to post pone due to weather. Then when they were given the go ahead they got right on the job getting it skeduled. After an equipment issue the guys got started and did a great job taking off the old siding keeping things picked up an cleaned up. The start latter in the morning helped make sure the moisture would not be an issue. Chad was amazing in his work ethic and efficiency in all aspects of this job! He was understanding an considerate of the elder man's inspection. He got the job done with special attention made to the hard wind side's of the house. He did the work of at least 4 guys an did an amazing job. The company checked on the progress which was great. I definitely would recommend this company"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
