"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable...
