"I had called everyone that might help me fix my dishwasher...pumped the septic, snaked the main sewer line, called appliance repair, replaced the heating element, verified that the drain hose went from high to low; my dishwasher was still back flowing scrud onto my clean dishes at random times. Signed up with Neli, and had the answer to my problem in 15 minutes. James F gave me the part number for replacement and wa-laa, I’m waiting for it to come in the mail. "A plumber was immediately available when I called, so I received same day service. The plumber was polite, covered his shoes when walking inside, and cleaned up behind himself. On each item that was out of compliance with code, he gave me the option of whether to replace it and provided a recommendation of whether I should replace the item. When mold was found, he immediately recommended someone to come over to address the situation so the installation could be completed. While the price I paid may have been higher than for other plumbers, I feel it was fair and am satisfied with the repair."
