"This company goes above and beyond in customer satisfaction and attention to detail! They were recommended to us by good friends who had them do a kitchen remodel. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They stayed on schedule, on budget, and worked to find us the best prices on our tub and hardware! They actually saved us over $1200 from what we thought we would have to pay! They are so easy to work with and are very professional! In fact, by the time they were done, they felt like family! We will definitely use them again when we do our kitchen remodel next year! Don’t hesitate to work with them! You won’t be sorry!"

"Kell did a great job! He was on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. He cleaned up after the work was completed and even went above and beyond by taking care of the mess the leaking sink had left on the cabinet floor. I will be calling on Cransten handyman and remodeling for my future needs."

"We got off to a bad start having to reschedule a couple of times because of parts not arriving on time. I rated low on customer service because of them rescheduling twice. For the value for money rating, I did not shop around so it did not compare with other companies. However, the new tub and sink look good and perform well. Most important of all, my wife is happy about the remodel. The crew they sent out for the remodel was stellar. James, the crew leader was spectacular. We were very impressed with him and the team. This all happened in May 2019. The remodel has been fine for a year now."

"One of the things that set them apart is their attention to detail. Incredibly organized. Clean and efficient. Always comfortable with them in the home. Attention to detail is 2nd to none. Used them multiple times."

Modular and Mobile Home Remodel questions, answered by experts

The average lifespan of a home electrical system is anywhere from 30 to 70 years or more, depending on the type of system you have. Modern electrical wiring, like aluminum or copper, can last 50 to 70 years while older types may need to be replaced sooner. Additionally, circuit breakers tend to last anywhere from 30 to 40 years, while electrical outlets need to be replaced every 10 to 25 years.

If you’re already paying for professional shou sugi ban charring and installation, you should also consider installing a wood-charred deck on your home to match. You may be able to order the materials in bulk and then hire a professional deck builder to use the specialized wood to create a wood-charred deck. You can also upgrade your window and door trim to something lighter to complement the darker siding color.

Yes, it is possible to rewire a house without removing the drywall, but this doesn’t work in all homes. You can pull out old wires and insert new ones if you have access to the wiring system via the ceiling or through a crawl space. Some pros can also use a magnetic kit to fish the old wire out of the wall through a hole cavity and install the new wires. Just keep in mind that doing this is less stable than removing drywall, as you won’t be able to staple the wires into the framing.

Every homeowner dreams of a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom that meets their exact standards. Having a freshly designed kitchen or bathroom can make life easier and feel more luxurious. Both of those areas of the home get a lot of wear and tear and can look outdated more quickly than a living room or bedroom, so it’s easy to see why they are such in-demand home improvements. Having those spaces in tip-top shape can also improve the value of their home.

In most cases, walls don’t have to be removed to rewire a house. Much of the new wiring can be run through attics and crawlspaces, and then electricians often use a tool called fish tape to pull the cables through the walls via cut access points that can be easily patched up without requiring any major demo work.
