"Our basement flooded in the middle of the night, and Mr Rooter had someone at our house within two hours of calling. Eric was very polite and explained all of our options thoroughly, and then he spent the day single handily busting through cement to reach the broken pipe and get it fixed. "Every year for the last 7 years, my back flow preventer has burst, even after blowing out the lines. I found from our city inspector that I could have that buried to prevent it from freezing every year. Phynix came out and got it taken care of in less than a day and you can't tell they were here.
