"They came when they promised, which is a huge plus in my book. They gave great advice about the project we needed to have them do - did an expert job, and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. Even our neighbors commented on the great work they did. They had to cross two neighbors' back lawns to get to us and they were very careful not to damage anything, or even leave ruts in the lawn with their heavy equipment. High grades all around."

"Ben and Elias were exactly what I hoped for in a sprinkler repair service. - I didn't have to deal with scheduling online or "your service window is between 2:00 and 5:00". - Ben explained the situation and answered my questions. - Took care of what was broken and didn't take care of the other stuff that I thought was broken that wasn't (this is always my biggest tell on a trustworthy tradesman). - They were happy to fix up a few other small sprinkler head issues I had. - Charged me by the hour - minus drive time plus the actual price of parts ($26) - not off a convoluted flow chart of prices and discounts on a fancy iPad. - Sealed the deal with a handshake and a receipt, not a 3-page contract and disclaimer (if that ends up biting me, I'll revisit this review)"
