"Cory and Colton arrived on the time schedule, did a survey on the apartment and quickly started moving the furniture. They were very professional and did the best they could to finish as early as possible."

"The initial quote was a good one. The initial deposit payment process I was skeptical about, because, they use a payment system called Plaid, which requires you to pay using your bank account number, after doing my research, I found that Plaid was legit, then WorldClass made it easier for me to pay my initial deposit. The WorldClass Moving storage guys came out to pick up my furniture as planned. Once they picked up, I was able to pay by Zelle. The moving coordinators Janice,Sarah and Don were all very polite and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is they give more reminders of your appointed move date and an ETA on the before or day of your move. Otherwise, so far I have no complaints, looking to receive my furniture arrive at its destination in a couple of weeks. I'll do another review of the final move transport process."

"I have used this company twice now and am extremely satisfied with them.  First they are very competitively priced and I did a lot of research because I would need the company I selected three times (am using them again soon for a move to St. George).  Aaron is very responsive with all inquiries and checked after the service to make sure I was satisfied.  He appreciates your business and lets you know it.  They were a little late the second time but contacted me ahead of time with a legitimate reason, which I appreciated - no waiting around wondering where they were.  These guys were professional yet personable.  The last time I used them, three guys worked their tails off in 100+ degree heat for 6 hours and only stopped twice WHEN I TOLD THEM TO - to eat and take a short water break because it was so hot.  They listened closely to my input on how I wanted some things handled, did exactly as I asked, answered all questions courteously and handled my belongings with care.  The big moving companies could learn a thing or two from them about customer service.  In conclusion, I received everything I expected and more and I got every penny's worth.
In the process of providing me pricing for our upcoming move from Salt Lake City to St. George, Aaron even asked what my expectations were prior to giving me a quote and offered a discount because of my repeat business.  (I didn't have to ask)  Even with the cost of storage units, A.R.M.S pricing was favorable to pod-type solutions that would not deliver to St. George - only to large markets - closest being Las Vegas, EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE TO GO RIGHT THROUGH ST. GEORGE TO GET THERE!!!  If you like good service, pricing and supporting locally owned businesses, A.R.M.S. is an excellent solution.

"2.

A wonderful job, never did I think that all of my stuff would come back to me with not one thing broken. They have the best drivers out there. When we heard about the storm in Denver coming across country their good judgement told them to push themselves across before it got too rough. when they arrived the gentlemen made it very invasive and worked around the clock it took them really only 4 hours and we had a two-bedroom house with tons of stuff. I?ve never seen any of our previous movers that handled everything so much care. It was a pleasurable experience for me and my family. All we had to do was point where everything was supposed to go and they set up everything on the spot. After a few hours into it I tried to make sure they had stuff to drink and they were well prepared. There was one guy that I recognized from the pickup and he let me know that they always keep the main guy who takes stuff apart to come back to do the assembly. It also made me feel reassured that all my stuff was going to make it back. Nothing was missing from my old house and I wanted to make that apparent to them I was afraid at first but everything was there! So for anyone else out there suspicious or who had a bad experience these guys are my recommendation."

Moving questions, answered by experts

There are generally three ways to ship furniture to another state: hiring professional movers, using consolidated freight, or through parcel shipping. Professional movers will generally pack your boxes in a truck and transport them to a storage facility or directly to your home.

A consolidated freight service will pack, load, and ship your items, but this is best to use for one or two pieces since your items will take longer to be delivered and will share truck space with other items. Parcel shipping such as UPS and FedEx is best for smaller items since there are size limits, and you’ll have to drop the boxes off at a local branch.

The cost to rent a moving truck is $1,000, with a typical range running between $20 and $3,500, depending on the truck size and how far you are moving.

Moving a washer and dryer can be difficult due to the appliances’ weight and size. If you need to move these appliances up or down stairs, then it will be more challenging. It also depends on the type of dryer you have, as a gas dryer is more complicated to disconnect than an electric dryer. The difficulty of the task also depends on whether you’re easily wheeling the washer and dryer up a moving truck’s loading ramp or lifting them yourself.

Murphy beds can be relocated, but moving them requires disassembly and may involve potential wall repairs. Professional help is recommended to ensure safe removal and reinstallation, which may incur additional costs. Improper handling during the move can damage the bed’s mechanisms or structure, so careful planning and expertise are essential.

Planning your office move should ideally start three to six months or more in advance. This timeframe allows plenty of time for tasks such as researching moving companies, creating a budget, coordinating with employees, decluttering and organizing, packing, and addressing any logistical challenges. Starting early also ensures that you have flexibility in scheduling and can handle unexpected hiccups that may arise during the planning process.
