The owner came and found a loose tile that had slid down leaving the roof exposed. He was able to swap a tile from a non-critical area to that location and repaired the situation in one short visit. Very efficient.
I had a hvac duct come louse under my home. He crawled under the house and repaired it in a timely manner. No complaints.
