"They installed a new unit, and we have a service contract with them for annual maintenance. There was some trouble during the installation. It seemed that the crew was constantly on their cell phones. The job was supposed to take one day, but it took two. Also, they broke our emergency shut off valve. However, their service since then has been good. We haven’t had any negative issues since that time."
