"Kind of oddly, the site is inviting me to write a review just because I've tried to close the listing since deciding on this vendor. The work has not yet been performed, but I can certainly write at least the beginning of a review with confident expectation. The biggest reason I hired Dezign was that Daniel was the first respondent in the middle of the night when I posted the job request. Now, I don't know if he's normally that attentive to the site signals or if he just happened to have been awake, but it was really grand that he replied. All I need is pretty greasy little mini-oven in my efficiency apartment to be cleaned. I asked him if I could share an idea about the oven and a concern I had. He wasn't the least bit defensive and told me yes, he knew how to possibly remove an oven door and possibly pull out a heating coil. He reassured me about washing out all chemicals, and we set a time. I'm so excited he's coming. I intend on giving him a small thank-you tip!"

Maria and her employee showed up on time. Due to us just moving in, I only had the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned. Very pleased with her responsiveness and thorough cleaning!! Will definitely hire her after we finish unpacking to clean monthly!!"
