"We were completely satisfied and very pleased with the work that Jason did for us. He worked around our schedule and did a top notch job. We thought that we may have needed to replace our carpet after new stair railing, posts and balusters were installed. Carpet had to be cut for the new installation along with other modifications. My wife is very particular and exacting. We were very nervous about the entire process. Jason was just as particular and exacting as my wife and went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied. This was not a simple or easy job. To be sure, there was a lot of clean up after the remodel of our stairway: sawing, sanding, staining and painting. We asked Jason to come back and clean our carpet because we liked him and the restoration of our carpet that he did. We were are happy with his carpet cleaning too. We do not hesitate to recommend “A Touch of Class Carpet & Upholstery Service”."
