I then had to reschedule, which they were very nice about and accommodated my needs. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, respectful, and did a very THOROUGH job. Our house honestly smells good again. It did cost a considerable sum (a good deal of this was because of the special treatment used on the dog urine spots), but was well worth it. Best carpet cleaning I've had in 25 years of home ownership."
