"Brandon, Tg,were excellent. They were on time, worked well together, let us give feedback, cleaned up as they went along, made sure we knew what was happening during each step. I could not be happier, our shower was 30+ yrs. Pretty bad shape... I am so excited to have a new shower, that I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for... Cost was very affordable... "The overall installation was very good; the installer worked hard and was proficient. The price seems high but was not unreasonable.
My major complaint was that I requested, several days in advance of the job, that the installer save some of the tile he removed for use elsewhere. Then the very morning of the installation, I made that same request again. But none of the tile was saved. That was a mistake on Bath Fitter's part.

"not to good :( I felt I did most of the work by providing all the details floor plans and colors. What I got back was only two floor plans and some websites to purchase living room deco and some paint samples. Not enough for the money I paid. It also took a month or so before I received these things too.
